The specials:

Fresh hop and beer brined turkey with mashed potato, stuffing, green beans, gravy and cranberry sauce.

Turkey Burger – with swiss cheese, chipolte mayo, lettuce, tomato and a pickled green bean, served with gravy fries.

Another week, another AWESOME BEER Dinner by Chef Stephen Durley at Rattle N Hum.
This week we are pairing his dishes up with Kissmeyer beers of Denmark.

1st Course – Pickled beet w/horse-raddish cream and fresh herbs – paired with Kissmeyer No. 6 PilNZer (amazing Pilsner to balance the horse rad & beet)

2nd Course – Bacon & Brie Toast – paired with Kissmeyer No. 7 Honey Porter (honey porter should play off the brie and take home the bacon!)

3rd Course – Turkey Burger Slider w/ chipolte mayo, greens and a pickled green bean – paired with Kissmeyer No. 1 Stockholm Syndrome DIPA (DIPA to tongue battle it out with the chipolte)

4th course – Warm chocolate cake with hop salted caramel sauce – paired with Kissmeyer No. 9 Witter Saison Du Fleur (hop salted caramel and washed down with flowers!)

Come join us for yet another PoorMans Beer Dinner this coming Monday evening in celebration of Vanberg & dewulf’s 30 years of EXCELLENCE in the beer community. Chef Stephen Durley came up with the food and Patrick paired! $25 for the dinner, includes beer flight, food flight plus a tasting of Lambickx and Lambrucha after dinner.

1^st course – Blue cheese & Fig toast – Birreria Amiata Contessa (Italian pale ale)

2^nd course – Honey glazed spicy chicken lollipop – Dupont Avec Les Bons Voeux  (saison)

Chicken Taco Bowl

Sauteed Chicken pieces with mixed veg covered in cheddar cheese and served in a tortilla bowl, with guacamole and house made chips.

Bangers and Mash

Jumbo Irish sausages smothered in sautéed onion gravy served with creamy mashed spuds!

Fish of the Day

Sauteed Codfish with avocado lettuce, tomato and chipolte. Served with mayo on a toasted whole wheat bread, comes with IPA or salad.

Burger Benedict

4oz stout brined beef sliders topped with poached eggs and hollandaise sauced served with homefries.

Its Marathon Sunday in NYC and at RNH we ain’t running for shit! Instead we’ll be sitting back and watching it on the telly, nice and warm! Be sure to stop by and toast the actual runners with  $5 Hofbrau (served in mugs) and $5 Sixpoint draft N cans all day/night.

During the hours of 11am – 3pm enjoy our brunch menu with an option to ‘ALL YOU CAN DRINK’ Butternuts, Avery and Oskar Blues cans for $20

Delicious meaty mussels served in a spicy curry broth. The curry is House made by means of jalopeno, ginger, garlic, curry powder, onions, bacon and cream. Oh and to add a little more awesomness we added Victory Golden Monkey. $14

Today’s Oysters

Malpeque (East Coast)

Malpeque Oysters have a teardrop shaped shell with very tender meats.  They are light-bodied with a crisp lettuce-like flavor, high brininess, and a clean, sweet finish.

Fanny Bay (West Coast)

The delightfully chewy flesh of this oyster is imbued with an ephemeral fragrance of tarragon that narrows to a hint of fennel and offers up notes of salt that are so refined they are almost sweet on the tongue.
