Dogfish Head brunch 9/18

Our first beer N brunch with Dogfish Head and we thought a pig roast would best suit! Each course will be paired with a Dogfish Head brew, notes on the food and beer pairing given by Patrick and Chef Stephen Durley.

Brunch price is $50 plus tax includes all DFH beer tasting – Reservation required – 212-481-1586

The Beers: 60 & 90 Minute, Theobrama, Indian Brown, Red & White, Namaste, Midas Touch, Raison D’Etre, World Wide Stout, Sahtea, Shelter, Chateau Jiahu, My Antonia, Chicory stout, Olde school and Palo Santo

First Course- Farmers Plate
Thin sliced pork loin
selection of house made pickles
a nice soft cheese, possibly Brie
whole grain mustard
sliced crusty baguette

Second Course- Warm Maple Spinach Salad
Slow roasted pulled pork
baby spinach
cherry tomatoes
toasted pecans
blue cheese crumble
warm maple dressing

Third Course- Eggs Benedict
House made English muffins
thick sliced ham
gently poached egg
fresh made hollindaise sauce

Desert:

Molten chocolate cake
Crispy pig skin crumble
World wide stout sauce
