Kissmeyer PoorMans Beer Dinner 11/28

 

Another week, another AWESOME BEER Dinner by Chef Stephen Durley at Rattle N Hum.
This week we are pairing his dishes up with Kissmeyer beers of Denmark.

1st Course – Pickled beet w/horse-raddish cream and fresh herbs – paired with Kissmeyer No. 6 PilNZer (amazing Pilsner to balance the horse rad & beet)

2nd Course – Bacon & Brie Toast – paired with Kissmeyer No. 7 Honey Porter (honey porter should play off the brie and take home the bacon!)

3rd Course – Turkey Burger Slider w/ chipolte mayo, greens and a pickled green bean – paired with Kissmeyer No. 1 Stockholm Syndrome DIPA (DIPA to tongue battle it out with the chipolte)

4th course – Warm chocolate cake with hop salted caramel sauce – paired with Kissmeyer No. 9 Witter Saison Du Fleur (hop salted caramel and washed down with flowers!)
